Over 6 weeks, we gently rebuild your relationship with your body through three powerful practices that support both strength and softness.

Yoga

Gentle, accessible flows to help you reconnect with strength, presence, and possibility in your body—no flexibility or experience required.

Breathwork

Simple practices to regulate your nervous system, ground your energy, and bring you back to a calm, steady center whenever you need it.

Meditation

Guided meditations to soften your inner critic, cultivate self-compassion, and create a kinder, more supportive inner dialogue.

The 6-week journey

A gentle arc from reconnection to embodied confidence

Each week builds on the last, creating a deeper sense of confidence, awareness, and connection with your body and breath.

Expect a blend of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and reflection in each session—with lots of space to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

Week 1 – Reconnecting With Your Body

We begin by gently noticing where you are today. You’ll start observing your body without judgment and create a baseline of awareness and compassion.

Week 2 – Strength

Discover the empowering side of yoga that helps you feel capable and supported in your body. Strength here isn’t about perfection—it’s about trust.

Week 3 – Softness

Learn how to soften the inner critic and cultivate self-compassion. This week is all about allowing your body to be exactly as it is, right now.

Week 4 – Breath

Your breath is one of your most powerful tools for grounding and calming. You’ll learn simple, repeatable practices you can use anytime, anywhere.

Week 5 – Rebuilding Trust

We deepen your relationship with your body through movement, reflection, and presence. This is where many women begin to feel a profound shift.

Week 6 – Embodied Confidence

In our final week, we integrate everything you’ve learned so you can continue carrying this confidence and connection into your daily life.

Hi, I’m Luz.

As a yoga teacher, I’ve worked with so many women who feel disconnected from their bodies—not because they aren’t capable, but because they’ve spent years believing the story that their bodies aren’t good enough.

Yoga changed that for me. It helped me experience my body not as something to criticize, but as something to listen to, care for, and appreciate.

Strength & Softness is the space I wish every woman could experience: a space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself without judgment.

I’ll be with you each week, guiding you gently, offering options for every body, and reminding you that you are already enough—exactly as you are.

Do I need to be flexible or experienced in yoga?

Not at all. This program is intentionally designed for all levels, including complete beginners. You’ll be offered options and variations so you can honor your body in every session.

What if I feel self-conscious about my body?

You are exactly who this program is for. Strength & Softness is a non-judgmental space where we gently shift from criticism to compassion. You are welcome as you are—no changes required.

What if I can’t attend a live session?

You’ll be encouraged to attend live for the group support and real-time guidance. If a session is missed, you’ll still receive practices and prompts to continue your journey that week.

What do I need to participate?

A yoga mat or comfortable surface, internet access, and a quiet(ish) space where you can move and breathe freely. Comfy clothes you can move in are perfect—no special gear or outfits needed.

Is this right for me if I’m dealing with a lot of stress or anxiety?

Yes. The tools we’ll practice—especially breathwork and meditation—are powerful supports for the nervous system. That said, this program is not a substitute for therapy or medical care; please consult your provider if you have specific concerns.
